Cargo undergoes X-ray or physical inspection, customs clearance (if needed), and security screening per regulations. It is then labeled, identified, and categorized as general, perishable, or hazardous

During pre-flight, cargo is staged in the warehouse for aircraft loading. Loading prioritizes perishable, hazardous, and urgent items, followed by weight distribution and balance checks to ensure safe air transport.

The flight departs and the cargo is transported to its destination.

Cargo arrives at the destination airport, is unloaded from the aircraft, and undergoes documentation checks and inspection.

Customs declaration and inspection are completed, and duties or taxes are paid if applicable. Cargo is then either delivered to the consignee or transferred to the freight forwarder.

The consignee picks up the cargo and completes final documentation, such as signing the receipt.
